At C. Thywissen, we mill special types of malt, providing the milling and bakery industry with a wide range of products.
We tailor them precisely to the respective requirements of our customers, enabling them to simplify and rationalise further processing e.g. into baking improvers. Use of the best malt from selected suppliers means that our malt flours meet a high standard of quality and safety. In the finished products, therefore, the quality and acceptance of the goods, derived exclusively by using natural raw materials, can be further enhanced. In terms of bakery products, this includes an improved shelf life and more intense aroma.
